Could you show us a look into your production facilities and maybe information on how you found them, how you discussed prices and how they manufacture your designs (so do you design your product on a platform then send it over for them to put into their machines? - how does getting you idea into a real life product work?) I really want to start my own clothing business but I'm finding it hard to find information such as this as I don't have any personal connections to ask for help from. This is really insightful and interesting! As a tala customer one major thing that keeps me from buying tops from you (or keeps me from wearing my zae top or the Mali pacer is that they’re all cropped! Even the “full length” version can’t even be worn without something underneath in winter bc it’s not long enough to stay tucked into pants or leggings. I get that cropped is in but it’d be so much more helpful to have clothes made longer, especially “staples” that you want to wear year in year out :) Thank you for everything you do, this is meant to be constructive criticism! I love the tala leggings I have and I need more socks bc they’re holding up so well and I love them - just the tops have disappointed me for practical reasons ☺️

I know I am way late watching this video but I just wanted to say thank you. I was really intrigued watching you talk about Tala, but, as a fat person, I assumed it would be another line that I thought was cool but could never wear. While the items are a little out of my price point for the next few months (yay grad school lol), I will definitely come back when I can to try some. I read the extended sizing message on Tala's website and just wanted to say thank you. It's so hard to enjoy being active when there are really not a lot of flattering options; and it's hard to have fun when you feel self-conscious. So thank you for wanting to put in the work to make clothes for people like me. I'm excited to eventually try them ❤

For sure! I’ll look into that. Usually I’m the only one working from home, if it’s a full house I go to a cafe. Yeah I would’ve loved an office but space is at such a premium in London houses that I don’t necessarily think it would’ve been the best use of space! I also like working around other people and find being locked in a room a bit demotivating hahaha
