International women’s day is deffos not a thing in the UK other than on social media… But I was in Denmark during it one year and got a free coffee so I think it’s more of a big deal in proper Europe. Hair looks amazing! I’m in Europe Austria to be exact but I did not work this year on international women’s day since I’m on maternity leave but last yeah at work all the women received flowers and lunch at work. A lot of restaurants and stores do have specials going on as well plus on the streets you can sometimes find stands (from the city in my case Vienna) that do hand out flowers to women as well.

My doctor put me on a paleo diet 3 weeks ago and I have never felt better with no gluten or dairy. I thought it would be hard but it hasn’t been at all I think because I feel so good. Becareful leaving your purse in the cart like you did so that nobody can snatch it and run. Just a thought!

I was a serious skeptic about collagen but I really truly see a difference. My skin looks and feels so much better. It takes a few weeks of consistent daily use but I'm a complete believer. I use Vital Proteins brand. They have the flavorless and also chocolate (which is really good).

You have to try Wildwonder, it’s right by where you grabbed Olipop at Sprouts, AMAZING for gut health (has pre and probiotics). I also struggled with that and it helped a ton! My 2.5 y/o son watching with me says about your hair: “she looks beautiful” ❤

Sorry about your stomach issues. I feel like a dr would recommend a strong prebiotic and probiotic. Also, I had similar issues and I found a glass of almond milk at night would help settle my stomach. Also I feel that intermittent fasting is a good reset.

I have switched to organic low acid medium roast for my digestive issues. I also drink kombucha 3 times a week. I feel for your struggle, hope you get it working for you. Best wishes and prayers for Nemo. 🙏❤️

Love the hair. Brightens your face so much. New hair just makes the vibes better. Side note. I know it's not digestive..really.. but, I was having a lot of indigestion and burping issues and I read that drinking through straws can set like reflux stuff. I stop drinking my water from straws and it has pretty much stopped burping and stuff for me.

I love sushi, im vegan so I get all the veggie rolls and even though it's not the healthiest I love the sweet potato tempura roll or just a good avocado roll with brown rice. Whole foods is my favorite grocery store sushi. I've also heard that national women's day is big in Europe.

try lactaid ,dairy relief when you consume dairy...see if that helps, get on a daily probiotic and fiber.....

Aha yes the acidic coffees bother me too. I cannot drink any of the Starbucks kcups without being in the bathroom all day. I seem to be great with the dunkin donuts at home coffees, Kirkland breakfast blend kcups, and other local coffee to here in the Pacific Northwest but yes the Starbucks at home coffees literally blow me up 😂 stay away from them.

Im so glad that new coffee dismt hurt you because, I, too would NOT be happy being coffee free lol. Try making 2 cups of coffee out of the one you make and just dilute your current cup with water...(treat it like you would a coffee concentrate). And then use the other diluted half as a smoothie or just warm it back up when you want it 🤷🏼‍♀️❤️. Hang in there and you're ok to worry, if tou needed/wanted reassurance. I've never been through your journey but go through ALL of your emotions! ❤❤ love yall so much!

Coffee - so a lot of coffees are too strong & bold for me so I always drink Americano style so drink your hot coffee and add water & your creamer! It really helps! Also sending you lots of love & prayers for good baby news ❤

Darling Mindy! Gorgeous! 🤩 I just thought I'd mention for the person who had the question about embryo donation that I don't know how it works now, but when one of my best friends was considering it way back in the day, the embryo had to be adopted and that part was free, but the preparation to transfer was what cost money. I think it was called "snowflake adoption". I don't know if it's still that way; I'm sure someone else in the Minx internet family does. My friend didn't do the process because she ended up with five beautiful stepdaughters with whom she is close and decided she really didn't want to add to her family, but I always thought it was an interesting process. Okay, don't come at me, ya'll. This is my genuine opinion, but I don't feed my kids' cereal at all. Mainly because it's sugary and lacks nutritional value. It's definitely sad to hear the awful things about cheerios. It did seem like a healthier option. Also, I'm not trying to spread fear because I've gone down the rabbit hole of what's in our foods but it's actually amazing how many "healthy" foods are not that healthy at all. Whole foods will always be the safest and growing your own food the ultimate safest! Plus, it's so fun for the kiddos to garden!

About the cheerios, on their page they haven’t been recalled 😳 I sent the news link to a group of parents of my toddlers Montessori school class, and one of them found more info and long story short, cheerios are on the clear 🌟 however, Quaker oatmeal and bars are not 😰

Just a thought..your stomach issues could be due to the nutpod creamer that I saw you use a few days back. I had similar terrible cramping after having coffee with that creamer. I switched to black coffee amd the pain reduced massively. Try having plain black coffee and see?

My favorite sushi is Lobster on Inari. My local grocery store makes them fresh every day. You can even request what you want. I'm dying at storms brought in a cold front. High of 70. 😭😂
