recipe (I do everything 'to taste' but here are some similar measurements)
2 lbs peeled & deveined shrimp
8-10 limes
salt, pepper, garlic salt (to taste)
1 bunch of cilantro
3/4 red onion
1 jalapeño
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
2-3 avocados
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
a splash of clamato
cut shrimp into small pieces, add to bowl
squeeze the juice of limes, add into the same bowl w/ shrimp
chop 1/2 a red onion, add into the same bowl w/ shrimp
season with salt, pepper and garlic salt (to taste)
mix
cover & place in fridge for about an hour (the lime juice will 'cook' the shrimp)
cut up the rest of your veggies
after the hour, add veggies to shrimp mixture
add worcestershire sauce
add a splash of clamato
add avocado
mix well
add more seasoning, if needed
serve with tortilla chips, tostadas and/or crackers
