I’m in my last year of the JD program at Trinity Law School. Great school. I transferred from an ABA accredited Law School (long story lol) But I really enjoy the school. Regardless of the non-ABA status, TLS is very rigorous and does a great job at creating pre-recorded lectures to supplement your studying. Best of luck in your Law School journey. Also, since you mentioned “faith base”, the majority of courses do a brief prayer prior to the start of the live lectures. Incredible Professors. Professors McConnel and Tenzer are my two favorite instructors. If you get the opportunity to take their course then I would highly recommend it.

Are you taking Professor Tenzer’s in the first year courses in the flex program? He’s an incredible Professor. He has a way of simplifying it, so it’s understandable. Him and Professor McConnell are my all time favorite instructors.

I’m really interested in going just not spur of how the non-aba accreditation works. I see so many bad comments on Reddit about not having aba law school status

I was looking into this program but I’m in Florida. I can’t practice in my state right if it’s not ABA accredited? Congratulations on finishing your L1 🎉🩷

Hi 👋🏾 I am in my finals of first semester right now. I wouldn’t say a lot if writing but a lot of reading and memorization.

Did you make your decision on which school you want to attend? I was looking into them and saw that they are not ABA Accredited, but instead CBE accredited. Does this matter to you? For me, I'm looking at a few schools that are CBE accredited with online options, and a decent tuition/scholarship package.

Yes I have made my decision. The accreditation doesn’t matter to me much because I’m only planning to practice in California. But if I change my mind I might just transfer.

Trinity has a nice selection of scholarships though. Check them out and their flex program.

@@ashleyamina Thank you! Same here. I only plan to practice in California. I just finished talking to a representative and looked at their scholarships. I'm also looking at another online option as well. Thanks for your response. And congrats!

@@ashleyaminaare you studying at TLS? What’s your experience so far? I want to practice immigration, so as long as I have a bar from any of the 50 states, I’m good to go.
