VLOG | We Took The Marta Train For A Day Through Atlanta

Man when I first moved to Atlanta back in 2008, I would park my car at College Park station and get the unlimited Breeze card for 8 bucks. I would learn all the dope stops so when I started dating I had a list of easy to access spots. My wife lived in Atlanta metro for 10 years and never used Marta. Our first several dates were all Marta destinations & she always had a good time. I even took her to resturants in the Airport. People think the Airport resturants are for fliers, but many of the Airport resturants are pre TSA check in so anyone can access them. Best stations for dates: Decatur Peachtree Center CNN Omni Midtown Arts Center Lenox Inman Park\Reynolldstown Airport & many of the Streetcar stops in Sweet Auburn.

Yo Eli had his girl walking to Fox Theater, when they could have taken a train to North Ave station and she whining the whole time. Then they go to Buckhead & don't know what they doing lol, only to end up at Lenox. Marta is dope when the trip is planned. Her eyes at 11:16 got me dying! Lol

Instead of going to the Buckhead Station from North Station you should have gone to the Lenox Station. You would have been in Buckhead practically right at Lenox Square. A very very short walk. Lol.. Apparently your friend loved the exercise but with a few minor adjustments you could have seen the same places with alot less walking.

Lol we were just trying to be adventurous & go to random stations we had no real plan with what we were doing with our day. Just wanted to explore Atlanta by walking & utilizing the Marta.

Naw man, they freestyled their trip, its a lot of user error here. Marta is limited but there are some good stations on the line. They went from HE Holmes to Peachtree City & then walked to North Ave. Got on at North Ave & randomly went to Buckhead the worse station in "Buckhead" Lindbergh & Lenox are the better stops there. They ended up walking to Lenox lol. That ain't urban planning, that's on them.

Glad you two had a great time in Buckhead. I'm more partial to Midtown though. I think they have better restaurants and you can go to the park (Piedmont) afterwards.

Buckhead is definitely a nice break from midtown but I absolutely love midtown, Piedmont is one of my favorite parks! Thanks for watching

That 25 minute walk from Downtown to Midtown was totally unnecessary unless you just wanted the exercise. You could have taken the MARTA train from 5 Points or Peachtree Center and been there in 5 minutes. Lol
