Annie, I get really affected by miserable weather too; and what really saves my mood is crystal lamps. I used to have Himalayan Salt lamps which are also beautiful but if you can find either a selenite or rose quartz lamp, they not only help with the overall energy of your home but also disperse a beautiful warm calming glow. It really helps on those gray weather days.

Dr Dray recommends not using a dry brush as it can cause micro tears in the skin and lead to thickening or some other kind of condition....can't remember what it's called. I used to love dry brushing, but it made no difference in my life when I stopped. No looking back, lol.

I think when people are dry brushing it’s good to remember that it’s to stimulate the lymphatic system, which is done with the lightest touch, no need to put pressure. When you get a massage for lymphatic drainage the person barely runs their hands on the skin. So I wonder how many people are unnecessarily raking their skin with a dry brush, you know?
