Hello Annie, I love watching your videos and I am very surprised how you keep the apartment fresh and clean even though you have a small child. Even though I really want to, I can't do it with three children 😀. By the way, I would like to know and ask about Nalia, what is the situation with kindergarten, school, learning German, what is Naila's mother tongue, how do you communicate as a family, you are probably a bilingual family and do you see that as an advantage or a disadvantage. I live in Austria, I come from Bosnia and Herzegovina (from Sarajevo - a small town with a great history and tragic events from the 90s, but which is recovering in full swing), my children speak 5 languages and I am very proud of that, even though the Austrian school system does not appreciate it many, we are strangers to them even though my children were born in Austria, live and go to school there. I would like if you could and would like to share your experience and opinion on that topic with us, I would be very grateful. I wish you and your family the best of luck. I’ve followed you forever & think you are so sweet & special. I am upset about this whole colostrum taking. Each mammal makes colostrum for a short time to nourish their young. I don’t believe humans should use bovine colostrum, would you give human colostrum to a calf? We must stop interfering with nature! Also it’s unethical & cruel to treat cows so awfully. Armra says it’s humanely harvested but that is untrue. Calves are shot at birth, I’ve did the research when I got so close to buying it after your recommendation. Thank GOD I chose to understand the process & to realize I’m a human not a bovine. In the long run I believe this will negatively affect our bodies. Colostrum is produced for babies for a short time to give the babies strength & a better chance for survival. It is not intended as a life long product otherwise babies would be sucking mom’s teats until the mother dies. Think about it, it’s crazy!!

I don’t understand this trend from the health point of view either. It’s got estrogen in it for obvious reasons (so it’s terrible for your hormones) and then there’s the growth factor like IGF-1 in it too which is linked to cancer.
