hi jamie, hope it's okay to let you know that binding with ace bandages can be dangerous as they are not made to move with your body. using ace bandages to bind can lead to a whole bunch of problems and if you begin to feel soreness in your back or chest as well as have difficulty breathing or your chest starts to feel cold you should remove it immediately.
