When your shorter your weight looks heavier then taller ppl , I’m 5”1 I was 180 now I’m around 157-160 ish and I looked huge at 180 . They say it’s harder for shorter ppl to lose our weight which I can believe that’s why when someone is taller they don’t always look as heavy . Sucks being shorter sometimes lol now I wanna lose 15-20 more and I’m focusing on walking mainly because that’s a easy full body workout , I do wanna switch my foods up too
