One of my favorite summer memories so far this year has definitely been going to the renaissance faire, last year was our first time going and so we’ve tried to make it a yearly thing. My 5 year old got a little crossbow though, I got a new mug, and of course seeing all the jousting, music performers, jesters, etc at the faire is always amazing.

my favorite summer memory so far was going to Cancun Mexico!!!!! it was insanely beautiful and my whole family went and all my brothers have now moved out so spending that time with them was nice but a certain day was my favorite when we went to a park and went zip lining and walked through underground caves and drove ATVs, i was beyond lucky to have an experience like that at young age and i had just turn 18 a few months before and the legal age over there was 18 so super fun!!!!🥂🤍

Favorite summer memory was when I created a “walking through a museum playlist” then went to my local art museum in Austin and finished the day by reading/having a picnic at the park. Taking myself on dates is one of my favorite activities!! Gotta love yourself first

I haven’t had a big happy summer but one of the moments that sticks out was getting to have lunch at my favorite restaurant with one of my close friends. It’s bittersweet because the restaurant burned down a few hours later but I always have that great memory of that last meal there.

I’ll be honest I unfortunately have been working most of my summer away. So much chaotic energy. Yesterday I actually set aside the entire day just to catch up with myself. I even let myself sleep in. Just took the day to rest and reconnect with myself. I feel like I have to remind myself to be intentional and take a moment otherwise I just get so burned out & my mental health takes a dive. It was beyond nice and easily my favorite memory so far. Favourite summer memory was actually last summer. There was a meteor shower and it was the perfect night, my friends and I took kayaks out into the middle of the lake and just floated there looking up at the endless sky, watching the shower, and wishing on the shooting stars. My favorite memory from this summer has to be my study abroad experience! I lived with a host family in Spain for 6 weeks while learning Spanish and being totally immersed in the culture. I even got to visit Edinburgh one weekend which was lovely! It was my first time out of the US and I can’t wait to go back sometime :)
