I'm so excited for you 💖 I just wanted to mention that there has been some research on dates and how they improve pregnancy, especially near the end with labour and birth so do consider taking dates nearer the time if you choose to research about it! Rasberry leaf tea in last trimester near time of birth as well! And I just wanted to mention parsley and some herbs in large amounts may not be safe but it's okay for garnishing or in small amounts during pregnancy 💗 im so happy for you and so excited it's a baby girl 🎀

I have always opened my bowels 2 times per week, 3 if I’m lucky; but ever since I have started eating a bowel of fruit alongside my breakfast every morning, I now open my bowels everyday. It feels so good to release the waste from your body.
