I clearly visualized your final race in the 60m hurdles during the world indoor championship in Glasgow. congratulations on your fourth place, you were one step away from getting on the podium, it's only a postponed game. The main thing, you are a fighting athlete, with a good running posture, what was really lacking was that you did not change pace in the last two intervals, you remained constant, that sometimes happens due to lack of concentration or a period of inattention. As a technician on hurdles, my advice would be that you rework your gestural speed of your crossing so that you can land quickly then try to gain a few centimeters on your stride range between 5 to 10 cm, this will allow you to have a certain ease in the interval, and what's more, you will be able to change rhythm and spring in the last two intervals and compete with your opponents. the goal is to have more density in the meantime.
