Wow this SE Conference content my favorite. My hope is as the Lord works with you into 2024 that you take wata little freetime you have yo make your life a little more "goal-oriented". Just like in High School when trying to shorten times in 9th and 10th grade "felt impossible" finding ways to incorporate bodily-kinesthetic health gets... questionable. Like you work for weeks and not sure if there's advancement or if you need to scrap the drawing board. But Masai Russell you got it. Good Luck, -- and that's my main tip for you: goals. ♥♥♥

i just found your channel today and its women like you who inspire me to do better and be greater. Keep fighting for what’s yours. As I said before after you took 2nd at Indoor NC’s, God is preparing you by making you trust the seeds you are planting within your faith to be the best, which is why you’ve experienced minor losses along the way to that major success. But with that, you have to tell him exactly what you want. I see you state in your vlogs & on social media how content & blessed you are that you’re making podiums & running healthy (which is great) but NEVER be afraid to ask for more! As long as you are careful you don’t over-anticipate big moments & remain anchored to that same faith that you’ve had the last 5 years, success will follow suit when making big ask from the lord; because nothing is too big for him. Pray for that 100mh national championship! Claim that national championship just like you claimed that collegiate record!!!! Peace, love, and blessings💙💙💙💙 we are so proud of you

And at the end of the year last year they cancelled the LAST track meet when I was only 5 milliseconds off the school record. And the new school that I would have to go to has a lottt of people.
