Excellent video. Partly because of the popularity of the MT09 as you say but more so because you do a great jobs with vids and have interesting and informative things to say. Keep it up!

Good thing about motorcycle brakes is that you can remove the whole system entirely and work with it on a bench far away from any painted surfaces. And if you have a bleed kit first you should attach it to the bleed screw at the caliper and suck all the fluid out.

Really enjoying your videos mate. Just recently picked up an MT09. Keep doing what you're doing.

Great video. Just bought an MT09, same colour. Really pleased. The bike also came with the Akropovic titanium exhaust, makes an amazing sound. Thankfully the previous owner gave me the baffle for the exhaust which stopped my ears bleeding😬

Well done mate. Keep up the good work. Wouldn't mind seeing a tail tidy installation.

great video mate! a cable tie on the lever overnight and crack the cap on the master will help get rid of any air left in the system. im test riding tomorrow in melb and if all goes well ill be ordering mine. its reviews like yours and fluxx43 that has made me really like this bike. if your ever down geelong/ GOR way let me know and i can show you some back roads that are magic.

I think aimedtowardthesunshineandlollirpops may have meant the gsr750 not gsxr750. Its a naked detuned and much more desirable than a gixxer. Oh and I agree keep these vidz coming.

Looking forward to more vids from you on this bike. I'm trying to decide between one of these, and a GSR750 for my next bike. I hear the MT costs a surprising amount to insure. Do you mind if I ask what you pay for insurance? Compared to other bikes you've owned.
@pipboychronicles10 жыл бұрын
I hear it costs a lot to insure in the USA, however in Australia it is among the cheapest bikes to insure due to its low purchase price and being a naked. I won't go into too many details due to the offer I got but its $300 less to insure than the Street Triple R and a whopping $1000 cheaper than the Daytona R to insure per year on average I loved the GSXR-750 however it will definitely attract high prices in Australia due to it being a sports bike and more desirable for thieves.

love the choice of bike there ... im thinking about buying one aswell but right now its to mutch snow and wet outside to even get a testdrive of it ( live in sweden of all places and we got the bike her 4 days ago ) how is it to drive in the rain ? and how are they if you ride it for a longer time at ones ? easy to get a sore back or anything like that ?
@pipboychronicles10 жыл бұрын
Its fine in the rain but you need to be wary of the brakes now as they are firm and also run it in B mode to keep the throttle smooth :) Absolutely no issues with posture on long rides however the seat hammers your ass (ok that doesn't sound right) over longer trips and you just want off the bike at that point :( definitely needs a better seat which I am sure Yamaha will be more than happy to sell you, how convenient ;)
