You guys on here are arguing as if this is a reality show ! Who hasn't been to a restaurant and have a bill problem amongst your friends ! This is perfectly normal ! I love Justin and Imperia ( I was dying of laughter ) ! But all you guys need to stop trying to play him , I'm sure he had the money but no one wants to pay $100 especially when you young, keep in mind he just bought a camera which might've been pricy, so give him a break!
