Bhai I need ur help.... I'm working in mnc company(Service based) fresher joined in april they trained for 2months in plsql domain and looped me in a project after 1month of technical nd functional kt they assigned me in l2 support role on database ...there's no incident I observed related to front end. Before joined mnc I did web development course for 6 months where I built 13 mvp real time web applications. I have very good knowledge on node.js, express, mongodb,react and angular, javascript... During project interview call I askd them make sure to put me in web development they said yes web dev is also available but now...😭 Everything collapsed... First 2 years are very important for carrier growth, it literally takes 18months to get release from project.... How can I convince my manager to put me in web dev...I didn't started the support work yet. Plse help me I feel like everything I learned on web dev will get vanish if I don't work on them... How to convince my manager and get into web dev.,.. #im dead inside
