Yung landscape nalang, it takes time to maintain, mostly ng mga halaman ay binibili at ginagastusan para maalagaan. Also yung mga furnitures are classic and elegant. Property accumulates value through the years. Pag nagpagawa ng worth 10M, hindi mo sya ibbenta ng 10M din. Im from Rosario and napakamahal talaga ng lupa dyan sa Lipa, napakaganda kasi ng location.

For me no, we have to consider the location too. Lipa is a cool place and hindi bahain. Plus the land is big surrounded by high fence, the house is so beautiful, well maintained. I have watched so many properties for sale on youtube, this is the coziest and very well organized. I really like the idea of separating the guest house from the main house.

Every property within 100 km of Taal volcano is for sale these days, have you noticed that? Most of the properties that are for sale, the owners are asking way more than they are worth. Foreigners must be aware before considering this area. Before Taal blew up you would be hard pressed to find properties. You want to escape the volcano? Lower your asking price and know that the price is never the price.

The house is a little bit old fashion and the quality of the home is cheap, the property area is pretty far from lipa city proper of which the price of the land is cheap thinking that it is not inside a subdivision.
