Another option is by boat via Sta Elena Camarines Norte. Parking area is available at Basiad Bay and from there take a 30 to 45 mins boat ride depending on the sea waves.
Electricity is available already in the area. Water is through deep well. For the mean time you can share water from the neighbors but best is to have your own water supply.

P5 milliom is approximately $100,000.00USD for 18 meter = 59 foot wide lot. Limited road access! So during rainy 🌧 times the creek could be flooded 😐 and prevent access to the property? Personally I would rent beach ⛱️ house and invest the $100K into a good farm 🚜 lot for the entire family 👪

The creek is never flooded. As of today the government is continuously building the roads in the said barangay where this is located. Of course we can always choose a beach area where there is already progress and tourism but it will cost more. Like in Laiya its minimum 7K per sqm outside Subdivision area for white sands.
