The beautiful thing about this is Wal-Mart likely has a policy for personal bags (possibly even part of their reduce and reuse policy, you know their personal bags that people bring in, Wal-Mart fabric bags you can purchase, strollers and other things like that count). They had to have been trying to figure out wtf to do here. Because technically he wasn't doing anything against their policy. This is genius. I haven't laughed so hard in awhile.
