VLOGMAS 2019- Day 5- London Garden Centre Treats!

Took a quick trip to my local garden centre to see what Christmas treats they had!

Loving the vlogs from around London. It's fun for my wife and I to try and spot some of the British things we can still get here in Canada. Our Quality Street tins are still tin, we noticed yours are plastic this year. You have a much better overall selection of treats however! Your making us want to come to England for the holidays!

I would love to go to that Nursery!! I am like you, those sorts of places just inspire but overwhelm me at the same time. So many choices and ideas. I may just stop in there to see some of their Christmas decorations. Since I live in the US, I can't bring plants back with me. Have you ever been to Petershams? I love it there as well.

Great to see The Quince Tree Cafe at the garden centre - they used to have a few places in and around Henley (including the cafe at the River and Rowing Museum right by the river which is glorious) but they decided to concentrate on their London venue. A real shame as, as you say, the food was yummy! That mews walk through did give me a Love Actually vibe which made me think - if you're stuck for future vlog ideas how about a Love Actually location tour?

I thought it was the street from that scène in Love Actually. And where you live, isn't that somewhere were Bridget Jones lived, that street reminds me of the street in the last scène when she runs in her underwear while it's snowing😄
