Yoga is great for keeping muscles working and supple so you don’t get stiff. I wish I had started earlier. I see women in their 80’s still doing yoga and I can’t even get down or up anymore.

Another great video! I do remember seeing about that statue of the dog long ago. Maybe BBC? I believe its for a Doctor who took care of the village? It was a long time ago but I remember it as a touching story.😊

You have so much beauty in your life. It's wonderful Andrea! How fun to spend your first Christmas in your new home. Your shop and Poundbury are so pretty. I live in the US but am traveling to the UK at the end of March. I hope our travels will take us close so I can see the shop, hopefully meet you and bring home many lovely fabrics without the extra shipping costs! You are a temptress! BTW how did the Nerida Hansen Cotten wash? Did it come out very wrinkled? I'm not one to iron what I wear to bed but also don't want to look all wrinkly. Mother Nature is already hard at work making me look all wrinkly, haha. And NO you do not look haggard! You are too hard on yourself. You're lovely and overhead lighting is never flattering, on anyone. Have a lovely Pink Day.

@ thanks Andrea. I’ll have a husband and two greyhounds with me. The greys are very well behaved, my husband not so much, he loves fabric shops and frequently picks up a pattern, some fabric then asks me to sew it for him 😂.

I think I might have seen my order 😁🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸. The Carolyn pj pattern is great except for the waist band. It creates bulk with the seams. Next time I’m going to add extra in the front and back pattern and just fold it down with the elastic.

Jason I know Aldeburgh quite well, it's a couple of hours from me, but I have no idea about the dog, sorry. I will look into it. Catfiled is close to me. It's 14.4 miles northwest of Yarmouth. Pop round for a coffee, but parking the lorry might be an issue :-) Andrea, you don't need glamour on your vlogs, you have fabric! Your shop looks beautiful, very festive.
