I'm getting lagoon vibes from the colors in the shawl so far and how they are blending together to create such nice tonality, like a watercolor paint effect or something more impressionistic. It's lovely. The gift from Heather made me laugh because it reminds me of a friend from university who said penguins were evil. Her reasoning was that they were CLEARLY organized and plotting something because, "well, look at them, they all dress the same!" LOL She sent me a few care packages in later years with random penguin themed items included. That meltaway would have been just the sort of thing I could envision her including. I hope it's tasty.

I cut the first hank in half so that my hanks didn't end at the same time. That's awesome, it's great to have friends that make you smile and to have long running jokes that can bring back memories! 💙

I have to say I'm ashamed that i haven't made anything ​yet. I was ill for neatly the first half of this year and I got off track. I fully intend to make something shortly and I will send you a picture. ❤❤
