I love your tiny ballerina - so pretty. And such a nice, gentle introduction to vlogmas. I have an embroidery kit I want to start, but unlike you have never been an embroiderer so am a bit daunted. Will be very busy with work for a few weeks but am now feeling very tempted to take up my kit once that period has passed. ❤

Happy birthday to Oliver! What a great idea to do the embroidery advent. I don’t have any sewing advent calendars either this year so I checked out the website and ordered the tree sampler embroidery kit as I thought that was so cute. I haven’t done much embroidery recently, but like you, I learnt when I was a child from a great aunt, so I always enjoy doing some hand sewing too. Are the girls not getting an advert this year😊

Lovely video Judi, thank you. May I ask a really naive question ? How did you transfer the pattern outlines to you fabric, I watched but couldn’t work it out - other than you used a chalk pencil ! 😄 xx
