Running on the treadmill forces you to keep the exact same pace and foot strike at all times. Which can feel like your body can’t naturally adjust so even at a slow pace the paces can feel forced. Vs when you run outside, although you might keep the same pace, you’re adjusting to the ground,turns, different elevations ect. Which can feel more natural.

I think for the tuna salad little tiny chopped pieces of veggies and wayyyy les is the way to go and you can always add more. Also no vanilla yogurt do plain yogurt or just Mayo ❤

Your speed fluctuates when you run outside even though you may not realize it. The treadmill forces you to keep the same pace.

Have you ever tried eyebrow threading?? They might be able to get them as thin as you want and the perfect shape you want! I love threading now more than waxing! They also will trim them for you!
