I usually just put them back in the box to do again the next year. Regular puzzles we used to glue together and hang in our playroom, but we haven’t done that in a while.

I’ll be flying into Charlotte again next month. I’m flying American again and hopefully I don’t regret it. I have mentioned to you in the past that the flight attendants are hit or miss. I can only hope you would be one of them but I have never seen you take the Ewr route.

Hannah, want to present a reserve scenario to you to see if it is similar to daddy D’s A-Days. You are on reserve and have not been used in your time period for 2 days and are now number 8 to be called, and your seniority is say number 520. Another person now becomes effective on reserve for the same RAP as you, and this person is number 600 in seniority. Since this person is junior to you, are they placed closer to the top of the call list than you, or do they go to the bottom of the list as last person to be called? Seniority rules so much, and each carrier can negotiate its own set of rules, so would be interested in how AA contracts handle this. The puppies are so sweet, by the way, and I know you dare not miss handing out a treat. Herman

We go based on seniority and also a click system. Someone junior to you will be in front of you on the list unless they’ve been assigned more days to work than you. Any time we get assigned a trip while on call we will get what’s called clicks for the amount of days the trip is (3 day = 3 clicks). People who have the most clicks are at the bottom of the list. It’s supposed to help balance it out so the junior people don’t get called every single day they have available.
