Hannah that had to be a rough trip to say the least. I have only twice have ever tried sleeping on a plane. Both times were coming back from Vegas. 1. Some couple the evening before the flight had a huge agreement. Couldn't fall asleep. We were in the air for about 10 minutes fell asleep till we landed in Chicago. 2. Midwest airlines back in the day would have a flight leaving Vegas at about 8:00, and would land in Milwaukee at about 12:30. Fell asleep, and sadly missed the freshly baked Chocolate Chip Coockie. 😢

And then, Hannah!, early today (24), AA had system wide stops for a while due to software glitches that involve weight and balance on all the aircraft. It was resolved after not too long a time, thank goodness. Merry Christmas and enjoy the special time with family. Herman

Yes, he sat in first class. And we were able to get catering, but we didn’t really need much.

One of the agents was going to try to, but then another said we got there too late. So we just had to wait for our flight.
