egg whites and sometimes yolks. I eat Protein pancakes and bacon for breakfast, grilled chicken, beans and small portion of rice, sweet potato, white potato, equal sugar substitute, I eat beef, lamb, all veggies. I buy one sweet a week. one. I lost 120 lbs. kept off 13 years
