Hi Anna, I literally mean this as your well wisher and friend, You need to see a therapist as I can clearly see something is very deeply hurt you and wrong in your mind. I guess you are just avoiding that memory but you don’t know what exactly. I am in therapy right now so I can totally relate and I just want to say that TAKE HELP for yourself. Talk to someone avoid staying alone and I know you would hate this advice but along with social media you should take some small job which makes you happy. Trust me it will help a lot ❤

Wonderful advice, and I highly recommend avoiding Better Help for therapy. I’d find someone local who does both in person and virtual visits. We’re rooting for you, Anna, therapy can be life changing.
