Hello Karen I was on an all-nighter last night too 🤪. Finished my baby niece’s baby bunting snuggle all -in-one polar fleece & French terry suite at 8am this morning. Husband said I was bonkers and could have bought one. It’s not the same though, is it? It’s the planning, selecting fabrics, time, love and care we put into our makes 💕💕. Hi Karen, glad you enjoyed your time with your sister. Can I give you a tip to stop leg cramps while in bed. Now don’t laugh, this sounds mad but my sister swore by it and she used to get cramps a lot until she did this. Put a bar of soap under the bottom sheet in your bed, put it down at the bottom so that you don’t know it’s there and lie on it by mistake. This is an old wife’s tail but she reckoned it worked and never suffered from cramp in her legs again, so long as she kept the soap at the bottom of her bed. Now, as for your advent calendar not having a picture of baby Jesus, I think a lot of folk don’t even know that Christmas is Christ mas, for us to remember the gift of love that God sent his son to us in this world. You have a lovely Christmas Day with your family and enjoy eating all that lovely food you’ve filled your cupboards and fridge with. It now 10 o’clock on Christmas Night here in Aus and we’ve had a lovely day. Keep vlogging.🧵🪡🇦🇺

Yes I too have a bar of soap in my bed, my friends laughed at me but it really does work, now they use it too. Give it a try, won’t hurt even if doesn’t work for you, just remember to change the soap if cramps start coming back.

Hope you had the lovely Christmas you so deserve. As a fellow cancer magnet ( I don't know your back story) I can relate to the "really, is it my turn again?" frustration. Your vlogs are so real and a joy to watch. On the cramp thing, I didn't even know you could get cramp in your shins until the first time I experienced it, OMG the pain! Thanks so much for doing thing Vlog it’s certainly kept me going matching this every morning with my sore head. Hosp has told me to keep fit so I’m out walking at the crack of dawn. My dogs passed away so it’s been hard to motivate myself. Take care sweetheart xxxxx

@@happydogshandmade4680 oh no that’s so sad. I’m so sorry to hear that. I can’t imagine life without my two and yes I would definitely find it hard to summon up the motivation to go out for a walk especially when the weather is grotty. I’m determined that I am going to do more exercise in the new year. That will just be walking though I don’t want to commit to anything excessive (shan’t be running any marathons or anything). @ Walking is the best exercise for me. Hospital would rather I stay out of gyms for fear of hitting my sore head…hey how I’ll hear what they have in store for me after MRI in Feb. I can’t have chemo so we shall see eh?
