Jessica - they literally have envelope wetting tool you can buy from an office supply store! It kinda looks like a bigger version of the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind wand, but you fill it with water and you rub the sponge tip across the envelope and then seal it. Our office admin at work has one!

A coffee shop in my town opened in an old bank. They use the outside deposit box as a "Santa deposit box" and you can drop your letters in that! It's such a cool idea to reuse that

I was cracking up at the ATML portion of the vlog. I usually just end up licking the envelopes as well but you guys have inspired me to try some new methods - sponge, glue stick, maybe even a small water color paint brush…like a weird little holiday science experiment 😂

Envelope sponge sealers have been a thing for many decades. They come in pen shapes and bingo dauber shapes. Or just a sponge in a dish. ;)

Jess, get on Amazon and get an envelope moistener for a couple bucks. You fill the reservoir with water and it has a sponge on top and you just dab it as you go. Super clean and easy. Thinking of you licking all those envelopes reminds me of the Seinfeld ep where George's fiance died from licking toxic glue. lol Don't do that.

I used to peel with a peeler but I find that time consuming for such a small fruit that takes like 2 seconds to eat so I just do the cut in half and spoon out method these days too

You can crumble the tofu and season with whatever you like then cook on a sheet pan in the oven... Super crispy!

Easiest way to eat a kiwi is cut it in half (not length wise) and scoop out with a spoon. It’s like two tiny bowls. No peeling and you get it all. Plus it creates a cup for all the juice. I saw it on the package once and was mind blown. Side note-my dog’s name is Kiwi.

My mom used to send PR mail for a local jewelry store, and I’d help her stuff and seal envelopes. We’d do hundreds at a time. We’d use just a small rag and a bowl of water. Dip and swipe, dip and swipe!

I hate licking envelopes. They do make some envelope sponge that is looks like a thick market with a sponge tip and it holds water in the tube. I found that out many years ago when I was filling envelopes for my church.

Me🙋🏼‍♀️ I'm the one person helped with the 🥝 peeling. That's a genius idea & I had the exact same evaluationary process as Tyler, but never once thought of using a peeler. Loving the Christmas vlogs! FYI, you can buy little squirt bottles that have a small sponge on the end for doing envelopes. Used one many years ago for my wedding invites! Also, I save our Christmas cards every year and repurpose them as gift tags- just cut off the back and punch a hole for the ribbon.🥰🎄🎁

You don’t need a sponge, the corner of a wet washcloth works perfect and a tiny bowl to rewet 🤣 wait till you’re in an office licking 100 envelopes and then you paper cut your tongue! Never licked an envelope again!

Re: the Christmas cards. Instead of a sponge or applicator, I always just wet a paper towel and use that to seal envelopes. Works like a charm every year

In my town, as long as i can remember they have a ‘Letters To Santa’ mailbox. A big red one (just like the typical blue one) & it has a pic of Santa on the sides. It’s really adorable when they put it up for the season & to see all the little kids so excitedly put their letters in there. It’s really a heart warming thing to see & brings the holiday vibes 🎄🎅🏻

You need envelope moistener from staples. It's like a stamp you run over the envelop glue. And it's very cheap! I learned about it from work.

I cut the kiwi from the middle horizontally and just scoop it with the spoon, like dragon fruit. It's very simple and quick, you should try it 😊😀

Kiwi are the BEST! This summer I found out the fuzzy skin is nutritious.. so I started eating the skin and it’s not too bad! I scrub the whole kiwi a bit and just cut it into chunks

My mother always sends out a Christmas newsletter instead of Christmas cards saying what went on over the year. I think a big part was that we didn’t always have the money to get pictures or even print pictures on a card, but there was always enough to get some festive colored paper and print out a page. I love the tradition, but don’t tell my mom😅

IMO the best way to eat Kiwi fruit it to halve it across the middle and scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon. They become a little cup. No wastage unless you choose to eat the skin in which case they can be bitten into like an apple!

Imagine when you go to New Zealand and you learn you don’t peel kiwis. That’s right, just like apples, the skin is edible; unless you’re one of those who peel apples to eat it. And same as apples, most of the vitamins are found in the skin. If you say it’s bitter/sour that’s because your kiwi is not ripe. Wash and eat. Just try it.
