I've just found your channel and been binging. You are a delightful young woman with so much zest, concentrated varied focus, and touchingly genuine, it's been an extreme pleasure to watch your channel. Our lives couldn't be more different but isn't that the spice of life, seeing how other's live and appreciating it. Little trick I use when freezing bananas is I take the peel off, break them in half, freeze them on a cookie sheet before putting them in a ziploc bag for storage. Then when I want a frozen banana for whatever, smoothies, muffins, oatmeal pancakes, banana bread etc...they are on the ready and mess free when pulling out of the ziploc bag. And again, I have been loving your channel, what a treat for me over the holidays...thank-you and wishing you and your loved one's, furry one's included, a very Merry Christmas!

One of my favorite pastas is cherry tomatos, fresh basil, garlic, peper and a snowstorm of parmesan. The cherry tomatos are so sweet and fresh. On another note, I love how Bibi is so grand and elegant and Sami is quite shy, but also has a spunky, naughty side. I love them both!❤

Everytime im in Canada for work I stock up on maple syrup! 🥳 The chicken looked so so good! I love learning food & cooking tips from you! 😋 I will definitely try your frozen banana tip! 🍌🍌 As a flight attendant, I love to see which snacks guests bring on the plane! My favorite snacks for a long trip: Comte cheese from Sheridans Cheesemongers, Kalamata olives, dried apricots or dried mangoes and chocolate covered Brazil nuts. An idea for wine you don't like- If I receive some red wine I don't like, I make Kalimotxo ( red wine and coco cola) with it but I only use about a 1/4 of coco cola instead of the usual 50/50 mix- it's a fun drink on a hot day.

I live in Canada and agree with you about maple syrup. Whenever we go to the States and have pancakes they bring out that fake syrup, yuk. My sister in law came over from the UK and took back a bottle of maple syrup wrapped up very well, but when she got off the plane her entire suitcase was covered in maple syrup like one big pancake!

High temperature - 400 renders the fat to make it crispy and juicy. Keep an eye on it and if at half way it looks brown already, finish at 370 for the last 10

Is your bf going to join you in Hawaii? Your pasta recipe is something I kind of discovered with my garden ingredients. What I do is roast the tomatoes in the oven with oil, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, and garlic and I make spinach fettuccine and then I mix it altogether with fresh garden basil and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Give it a try! Its so good!
