Pumie Scouring Stick works good on bath room hard to get out stains. You can also use on Toilet water dirty rings. You will find in Loew's and Home Depot.

Try one spoon of baking soda and one spoon of white vinegar on the sponge and keep it over the stain. Give it about Half an hour and see results

I would use comet and an abrasive pad like a green scratch pad for the rust spot.

You made that looks so easy, I could not get mine to stick, it kept falling off or sliding down. I also couldn't do miters for the corners. Great job!

For the rust stain, try scrubbing it w a pumice stone. I know it sounds weird but it doesn’t scratch porcelain, it’s natural (bonus) and abrasive enough to get the job done (although a good amount of elbow grease is required for sure!). Tip: Add some baking soda in the mix for an extra non scratching abrasive and quicker results. Good luck!

Well finding a handyman is almost nxt too impossible, thts not charging an arm/leg just to do my tub + toilet🤯😱So I've decided my daughter & I will just do it ourselves + save a lotta💸 in the process!! 🤩🤗 I enjoyed watching your video, its simple & to the point. I tried this tape and unfortunately it is not as effective as traditional caulk. In just over a month after applying this tape, I noticed a bit of water and moisture seeping on the bottom edge of the tub and floor. Called a plumber who said it sounded like a caulking issue that water must be seeping through the caulk to the floor under the tub. So curious, I decided to remove the tape and was shocked to find Mildew all across where the tape was applied. Water was seeping behind the tape because the tape couldn't cover water going through the groves (where the grout is) between the shower tiles. Once I caulked it with real caulk, no more moisture or water was found on the bottom edge of the tub and floor.

Sorry it didn't work for you. It has worked fairly well for me. I had a couple of places that it came loose but I just applied s bit of clear silicone caulk and it's holding up good. I have another apartment that I will be using it on. I will put the silicone caulk on it when I put it on. Thank you for letting me know that it didn't work for you. And thank you for watching. I'm about to install it on my tub as well, so I came on KZbin to see how people installed it in the corners. Did you do anything special to get the strip going from one wall to the next? I'm 35 and I spent most of the day sitting in the tub scraping at moldy caulk and silicone and bleaching the whole thing. I'm so exhausted and my body aches lol Can't wait to be done! 😂 You did a great job!

How is the caulk tape holding up now that it's been 6 months?

It may be cheap but it solved my problem. Some of us can't afford to just pick up the phone and call someone to come in and do it for us. I do the best I can afford to do. It looks better than it did and it still does today.
