I have a similar shelf and rotate toys for my granddaughters too. In the kinetic sand and in dried beans bucket (they love to stir, pour, etc. In beans..I lay a small quilt under it and they try to keep beans on the blanket) I put seasonal/thematic stuff for them to pkay with. We had little pumpkins from the dollar store in the beans for October for example. Another good activity to start is sequencing cards. Start w three cards and an activity she knows like brushing teeth. Love the vlogs! ❤❤

I love that idea! I think we have some sequencing cards from lovevery so maybe I should pull those out! I also need to do the kinetic sand and beans, and laying out a blanket is really smart.

That's a good question! I actually was talking to Alvin about that for next year, since I'll be due or have a newborn around this time and don't necessarily want to close my shop during the busiest time of the year. Most of my sales are for the From Your Shelf deck, so I think in the summer I will try and stockpile a good stock of them, and then maybe just a handful of the other decks that aren't ordered frequently, so when the holidays come, I don't have to work as hard to get orders out!

I love the idea of toy rotations but there comes a time they just get SO many toys and its impossible to rotate them. Ihave a 5 yr old 3 yr old and im due in march with my third . Every few months i go through and donate ones theyve outgrown or dont use often and we still have a thousand toys . They are all just dispersed in the toy room, their rooms and the living room
