Why does nobody have masks on? Just curious because I'm going to London soon and I know Covid cases are rising. Was it normal for thee crowd at the Christmas market and the people working there to not have masks on?

There aren't any rules regarding masks, it's up to each individual person. Only places where you need to is in airport and in a taxi (although some drivers don't care)
