Emma!! I had extremely painful cramps as well until I started taking primrose oil! I take one in the morning/at night every day and it makes cramps practically nonexistent for me when I'm on my cycle.

Emma my hair is dyed brown like yours and it always fades and gets that reddish auburn tint but if you get a toner a blue one it makes a huge difference and looks more ashy! At least that's what I prefer is the ashy look so if you did too I would recommend it
