VICKS!! The cure to everything said by my mom lol Thank you for opening up about your anxiety, I used to be a "gym girl" until I ended passing out in front of the lady's locker room and woke up to everyone surrounding me and had to get carried out of the gym. I don't have anxiety, but now every time I go to the gym, I get super anxious. Going to the gym now has been hard for me so I make sure to go with someone and just use the treadmill until I get comfortable in the gym again (been 3 yrs). You are doing amazing!

I also have health anxiety and I understand how you feel 100%. Thank you for being open about it on your platforms. My therapist showed me that seeking reassurance (I used to Google my symptoms a lot and then I met my partner, he’s a physician. I would ask him about symptoms all the time) actually made the anxiety worse over time. You feel better for a short amount of time, and your brain finds a way to find another problem or counter the reassurance you once thought was soothing. She taught me to actually seek medical advice after a couple of days (obvi, I’m not talking about urgent symptoms here). I’m sending you hugs and I’m so relieved to know that we are not alone!

Hi danielle, I've had health problems my entire life. I'm currently the healthiest I've ever been but ever now and again my health will just take a slight dip where minor adjustments will need to be made, nothing major, but my anxiety like to play tricks on me. I'll think it's something so much worse or serious than it actually is and it's always ends up being fine. I understand the health anxiety 100%. It's also incredibly frustrating to have. Continue to have the comfort and support from your family and friends, they help immensely in calming my thoughts and allowing my rational mind to come to the forefront again 😊 sending all the love!!!

I struggle with on-and-off sinus congestion. I have the same symptoms. Tylenol Sinus and Headache works for me. I take only one pill and my headache etc., dissipates very quickly. Regarding panic attacks, my doctor advised that I do less cardio because certain workouts, like spin classes, overstimulate my nervous system. I totally stopped spinning, but I still do the treadmill ( not 12 3 30) and other cardio and feel 100 times better. I hope you feel better soon.

I have horrible sinus issues and it's very common for it to cause tooth/gum pain, my doctor has said it's a common symptom. I also usually get a headache/sinus pressure on the same side. A couple days of Sudafed always helps me. If it doesn't help than that sometimes means a sinus infection (even if you for the most part feel ok) and I need antibiotics. But it's never a big deal.
