Brian I love you and Alec BUTTTTT your cast iron is NOT suppose to look like that when you wash your cast tron with warm soappy water your dry it by hand also then you take a little cooking oil and rub it down to keep it from rusting .....just saying Your dish looks fantastik .....now what temperature and how long in the oven ?
