Vlogtember 15 - a trip out to Matlock & nice food

Here is another day in Vlogtember. We went to Matlock and had lunch and a nice walk. I made Cajun chicken pasta for tea and it was delicious.

Don't lose heart Julie you are really doing so well. x I know how demotivated we become when we are losing weight at a snail's pace, and putting so much effort in. I'm sure it is hormone influences when we get to a certain age. And weight distribution changes. Aw Chloe is so sweet! Great vlog , it’s hard this weight loss business isn’t in? But we won’t give up will we? I’m thinking of changing it after my holiday in October, need a change ! Yep I get what you’re saying about menopause, think I’m post menopausal!! Hope your feeling better and your ok xx❤xxx

I am trying to draw a line after today and get back on it tomorrow. It is so hard as sometimes you just want to eat “normally” without thinking about being on any kind of diet. I can do this , I need to get a good shop in and make a plan for the week - haven’t done it today but I will tomorrow. When do you go away? X

I find knitting hard, I have friends who sit knitting & talking all chilled & produce wonderful items. Despite concentrating till I have a headache, mine always goes wrong😅

I am having a bad knitting day lol but normally find it very relaxing!! It also distracts me from eating !! Xx

It is really nice. Matlock Bath is a little like the seaside but in Derbyshire. Matlock is next door and more of a town but it’s lovely xx

As you know I really struggled during peri menopause to lose any weight. You are doing great, you are exercising and eating balanced and healthy, sadly it is so much harder for us ladies. Keep going, bit by bit. I think you are a star ❤ x
