Oh wow, what a day you've had! Need to have a look into buying a bread maker....but can be dangerous, me and bread!! Poor Luna :(

@@SunFlower-lp4rw yes I need to be careful with the bread too, although if I am going to eat it at least I know it’s not full of chemicals. Crazy day weather wise - poor old Luna - thankfully she is ok today xx

Thank you! 🤗 yes the storm was shocking but it’s the rain now too - torrential all night. I am so surprised the roads are not more flooded today xx

Good luck with the wardrobe! I had a crazy moment last week when I decided to sort out the main wardrobe - 3 and a half hours later my husband came looking for me as I had been there so long 🤣 It just seemed like a such a good idea before I started, but it was worth doing it though as I have now washed all of the stuff, and have spent this afternoon photographing and getting all the measurements of everything, ready to list on Vinted. Have you looked at the a Thundershirt for Luna? They are really god for anxious fur-babies.

Ooh no I will look at a thunder shirt, not heard of those. I started on the wardrobe yesterday and just set myself 30 mins. I think I was an hour and only done part of it. I have a big bag ready to get on Vinted - just need to find the time 😂 xx well done on doing yours xx

💕😀xx thanks for the vlog Julie. Oh, what a day! That diamond pattern is the same as a jumper I’ve just finished for myself from a cream 4ply wool alpaca mix (drops from wool warehouse online). Yours looks beautiful 👏🥰

@@suenicholls5446 I love drops wool - the last top I made was their cotton merino and the cardigan was Drops Air - this wool is not as nice to work with but I am enjoying the pattern so it makes it worth persevering. Such a shame you can’t upload a picture!! Xx

Is Luna also scared of fireworks. If so, you can buy Thunder Jackets (indoor jacket which has to be pulled tight) this makes them feel a little more safer. My ShihTzu had one (lost him 13 weeks ago) and he was a lot calmer wearing it. Hope this might help Luna. xx

My heart went out to Luna, it’s horrible when they are scared like that because you can’t do anything, they just need to find a safe space. That was quite a storm, we had it last night but it didn’t seem as bad. I did smile at your over thinking with the bread machine, I have these conversations in my head all the time, welcome to the menopause brain! My son has ADHD and his overthinking is very similar, it’s exhausting and you just can’t help but make even a simple task very complicated. If you are concerned with your scales then check some other items such as tins of beans. Bread looked amazing. X

What a good idea re the scales - why didn’t I think of that. Two of my kids are over thinkers, I def seem to be getting worse with menopause / peri menopause. Honestly the instruction manuals terrify me now a days!! Xx

@@JulieBuda Everything you questioned was very valid, I’m jealous of people who just take it at face value, chuck it all in and it all turns out just fine! Same for bathroom scales you can check them using a dumbbell.

Oh no your poor cats. Luna is really scared. I need to get her to the vets to get her medication in as it won’t be long until fireworks start near me too (always so early ) xx
