Vlogtember 27 - chatty vlog | it’s soup weather & a nice canal walk

Here is vlogtember day 27. I make carrot soup and go for a lovely walk which was actually dry!!

Hello Julie happy Friday I had a bacon egg mushroom roll for brekki with a chia and lunch was jam on toast cuppa t t was a chicken burger and chips just doin school uniforms wash then chilling have a blessed weekend ❤

Have you tried taking magnesium tablets and there is a magnesium spray that might help too xx

Brilliant vlog Julie, lovely walk with Luna. ❤. Have you ever tried Pilates? I’ve just started this week and I swear I can feel a difference already in my back and stiff hips. I do The Girl with the Pilates Mat here on you tube, she has loads of routines, many of which are designed around osteoarthritis and the senior ones (not too proud) are just as good. X

Ooh I will have a look. I did Pilates last week on one of the days but it was a little quick and difficult so I will def check her out. Pilates is surprising as it’s harder on the muscles than it looks xx
