I feel your pain as I suffer with chronic pain some days I cry too with it hope your not in too much pain hun its no fun being chronically ill. Love watching your vlogs too take care hun 😊

Hi Hannah. I don't normally comment on video's I watch, but felt I had to on this occasion. Always listen to your body, I learnt this a long time ago. I have had a bad 4 weeks at my hospital made a huge mistake and I haven't had my weekly shot of Amgevita. I have been crying in pain and I must look awful. Thank god for good husbands 😍 Please look after yourself, don't worry about how the place looks. You are more important than that 😀 please take care of yourself.

The only pain medication I can take is Tylenol but i don't like to take if I don't have to.

Hi hannah I love you chatting away to us but I loved this format I'm seen so I'd say a bit of both oh I hope you feel better jn the morning after a good rest . I know you said you phone Steve when you've taken painmeds but if I was you id write it down say on a post it note and stick it on your meds or the cupboard you keep your meds in that should help you I take pain killers for spondylitis the doctor wanted me to go see a surgeon but I said I don't want to have a op on my back as I see it nothing is guaranteed and I don't want to be parellelized I hate hospital anyway .I get mymeds in a blister pack so if j pick up my blister pack i can see when I've taken them love fran xxxx❤❤❤❤❤

I once took 2 lots of my seizure meds in a row once as my memory is so bad, and I forgot I’d taken the first dose. Let’s just say it wasn’t a good day and I felt bad pretty much straight away and not long after, went on to have a seizure at home on my own x

I love moving. Though its stressful when its going on lol but having a new canvas to build on and make you're own is so much fun! Taking too many pills: i have a piece of paper with the meds that i write the time and date on.. maybe you can do something like that as well as texting your dh. Also i set a timer on my phone when i take it

Hi Hannah, I have muscular and joint issues due to EDS. Also have Fibro. Often in a lot of pain with back also. The GP should refer you to physio. I put it off for years, putting the kids first. This year have done aqua 3x a week and physio at home 3x. I’ve massively improved SO much stronger. It’s hard to get started but now addicted and afraid to go backwards if I stop! The GP may prescribe lidocaine patches for back pain. Help you taking too much meds. The patches are expensive but OMG best pain relief ever. Or maybe a pill box. I can’t survive with out mine and reminders on my phone. Hope your feeling better x

I always write the date and times I've taken meds when I take them , on the lid of the box, so when you open them it's right there, otherwise that's something I'd end up doing. I even do it on the Calpol box lid wen my boy has it. I hope you feel better soon. I know you have lots to do, but you really need to ease back on it all just a little bit 😞x
