Vlogtober Day 27 | My first day back in the office, therapy & our annual Fall drive!

It's an emotional first day back to the office & first day back in therapy. I tried to eat a salad, started a flirtation with becoming a tea drinker and went on our annual fall drive!

I wonder if the loss of appetite thing is your body being confused because in Bali you were awake and eating when your body would typically be metabolizing in your sleep, and it’s now trying to figure out what you’re “doing to it” because it started getting used to the Bali time? I am not a nutritionist or anything I just wonder because of how much information our bodies store for us if this could be playing into your experience. Also, my little 2 self has the opposite of an “exit feelings” playlist. I have a playlist that will make me feel EVERYTHING. Like a flood of emotion to just sit in it. I am a useless person those days 😂
