If caffeine isn’t working that means you need to drink more water.

Thanks, water is actually all I typically drink. I’m not into juices or sodas. I did however read that caffeine not having an affect on me can be due to a lack of sleep. Which I’ve mention in other vlogs how I rarely get sleep and always on tho go. Looks like I need to sit down and rest lol

@@GabrielleMorris oooo ok!!!!! See I’m the other way around lol I sleep but not enough water. Lol cuz I had the same problem with caffeine. I’ve tried c4 it didn’t work for me either. I’m just sticking with Celsius for now.If you find any other good preworkouts ,dnt hesitate to share !💕
