Outstanding. After watching quite a few videos concerning these types of motors, your's is the one I believe in the most. Kudos to you Gents. I will pay more attention to your future successes.

finally! someone that thinks about Load and Torque in this endeavour! Damn! Congrats and thank you!

Very nice.... Can one order one from you for off grid cabin living? And how many watts can something like that generate?

Nice work. What do you use as input (power, current, voltage). What is the efficiency of the system? You generate torque, how much torque do you generate? What is the usefulness of this construction? Thank you.

Very nice! I too am working towards the same goal of a motor / gen based on these technologies.

Thanks appreciate the compliment. Hope to post a whole series of videos about the construction and implementation of this design

marthale7 thanks for the suggestion. but I have tried using ferrite in different forms, but it does not generate significant torque compared to other types, cast iron filings or cast-iron powder from waste filings from a machine shop will allow you to shape your course anyway you want by suspending them in resin, we are studying the possibilities of using plastic as the substrate. The ratios of plastic and iron powder is crucial to its effectiveness of the core, Iron should be above 80%

Excellent craftsmanship. I have all the electronic parts, I've just been trying to think of a good design, I think I will build it in version, with the first on being very basic until I get a good design built.

i am so happy to see im not the only person who gets given a workout machine and first thoughts are i can build some thing cool out of this lol

I sure hope you consider selling an ebook of the blue prints to build this.

Actually neo- magnets don't seem to permeate the core in that way. As soon as the field is applied electromagnet kicks in welding rod cores do not seem to remain saturated long enough to affect performance. we have motors with welding rod cores. For more than a year. They have not been significantly magnetized in any way check out the H3-6 speed test, video over 3000 rpm. The field is deftly collapsing perfectly

How do you spec out the coils/circuits/wire gauge numbers? i would assume more coils gives you more torque. now how do you decide how many wires you run in a coil? seems like you decided to run 4 wires per coil therefor 4 circuits etc. whay not 6 per coil or 8? is there a way I can have a base theory to make my decision on? How would I know there's "too much" coil for the core? meaning the core saturates before the magnet is on top of it. and kinda wasting electricity in the coils?
@ybaggi11 жыл бұрын
other question (sorry) wouldn't you have more efficiency and/or torque if you used both sides of the coil core? thanks

Hi! Nice motor. What type of chip - transistor is inthere?
@jbignes514 жыл бұрын
Have you tried an electromagnetic clutching system. That would allow you to use the torque and generate at the same time...

hi i have a quiestion i have build a motor but i can not get speed or torque can you telme how to conect the 2n3055 transistor so that i can get speed and some torque thank you

honesty a stop working on this design 3 years ago because the Iron wheel messed up the field and the wheel would not go more than 1000 rpm. The new Boxmotor can do that a less than 1/2 the amps and recovery is higher too the Boxmotor project has a complete how 2 build PDF's and videos thanks for watching

@kapierenundkopieren SK C5101 surplus NPN 160V 12 amps hi speed switching chips but any Hi speed NPN chip will work just tweak the trigger Ohms and you get it working the latest motor is running at 120V @3AMPS and outputting 12V @ 22AMPS check out the cartmotor on my channel for full specs

Nice, but magnets are very prone to break, and your apparatus is dangerous. Eventually a flying object will break off and hopefully just fly into the wall. You need a better defensive shield.
