To send out completely different content to 2 destinations, you will need vMix 4K or higher, but any version can send out a Vertical stream to Instagram and a Widescreen stream of the same content to other destinations.

I use vMix now but came from Streamyard. Why can streamyard do a widescreen stream to Instagram, but vMix can only do vertical stream to Instagram?

Any version will work, but only vMix 26 and above have tools to help with vertical streaming

I believe Instagram will just crop the center of your video, so you can go 16:9 to all three destinations, but I think Instagram will just crop out the center. It would be best to test it out and see what happens.
