Apex Predator Supercharger Lid || Dyno Results and Features

I see in the VMP website there will be a larger than 2.65L supercharger that will match up with this lid and intercooler. What size supercharger is planned and about when might it be finished. Thanks!

New 3.1 rotor pack from Eaton!!! I wld bet that's it. Eaton just came out with a 3100 a very little while ago. Vmp aint slacking in the mustang world. Maybe one day

Why is there big difference in the top of the graph 906-921 after installing the lid does it need a retune?

Temperature. The 921 was the first hit after the lid swap and the oil temps/coolant temps were lower. The 906 was the next pull with temperatures comparable to the baseline number and that's why our stated gains align with the 906 pull. Technically, this part does not require a retune and can be bolted on and ran. On heavily modified set ups, we'd recommend a log in case a revision needs to be made from the affect of the lid on other aspects of the build. As power gets higher, tolerances get smaller and it's always a good idea to log and verify everything is good with your tuner when a change is made.

Random question I have a 2012 pp gt500 and I’ve been debating on modding it however I’m also considering selling it and possibly getting a 13 gt500 what would you do? The 12 is paid for by the way

So for the Predator 2650 unit, we offer the 81 MM Race Core for the stock lid and then we have a street and race core for the Apex Predator lid that are larger to take advantage of the volume increase our new lid provides.
