VMR Wheels upgrade on my BMW 118d F21 | EP 015

I think wheels are the most important element when it comes to car design. Let's say that I was not satisfied with the winter wheels that came with the car and the original 18" M-sport wheels dose not go all the way.
In the video, I also address Din Z suggestion regarding my oil issue with my 991.2 GT3.

I have the genuine M163 CSL wheels for my f21 M135i in 8.5j for the rear and 8j for the front. And I’ll fit them next year. Love these wheels.

You have to drive 10 km in order for the oil sensor to give you another reading. If it was really overfilled you could have had a problem. Obviously, everything was ok. Congrats on the first drive looking forward to the video!

Would a 245/45R 18 tire and 8j alloy be too wide for front on F21? I’ve been told the set come off a 140i which has been lowered and was perfect fit and did not rub?

I can’t believe we don’t get those GTi-looking bmw hatchbacks here. What a damn shame. Can you get those with bigger engines? Like the n55 or newer b58 (3.0 turbo I-6)?

I don't know, I used them for just a couple of months and then they have been stored in my garage ever since. Bought some Porsches that I drove and then I sold the BMW. The wheels is till stored in my garage.

Nice vids and nice Wheels !!! Why did you choose 245/30 tyre Rear instead 255/30 ?? (in general, for 8.5x19 its 225/35, and for 9.5x19 its 255/30)

Hello from the U.K! The rims look really good, great choice 😁. I’m thinking of getting the same size for mine, may I ask what the car rides like when compared to the stock rims? Do you notice more tyre and road noise /nvh? Are you running ‘standard’ suspension still?

Everything is stock and I believe you don't have any other sized available at this time. The ride is firm but not bad.
