Could the use of maskfromgeo do the same thing as the boolean are doing ? in H18 ? Same question as in your making object into water. I looks like it but I am not sure. I'll have to give it a try. Thank you for this great video.

Nice tutorial & but I notices your using Rubik Bold font which I loaded into my Windows font folder but Houdini doesn't seem to recognise the file (.ttf). Works for other fonts but not that one. Curious to know why if anyone has any suggestions.

I'm not understanding how U animate the sphere inside obj. I'm trying to make a boolean on a transition of my box breaking and a static box that my character holds. In the transition I want the boolean, but the reference can't be animated inside geometry shelf

I'm getting confused on the scatter part. I have done everything you did in the tutorial but my points refuse to scatter in the colored area. They just stay scattered throughout all the geometry. Im not sure where to go from here.

The scatter node has a Density Attribute you need to set that to the Color attribute Cd

You need to use the point size on the geometry node to make the particles smaller or use the pscale attribute, add a simple shader to make them the color you want or add a color node

thank you, just add the color directly to the object points, the particles will inherit the color
