a nice video. a question - can I upgrade the vcenter from 6.5 to 7.0, but the esxi hosts are with version 6.5?

Yes, you can. Upgraded vCenter can host older version of ESXi, but older version of vCenter cannot host upgraded ESXi.. So you are good to upgrade your vCenter from 6.5 to 7.0 and late you may upgrade hosts
