Sean was the one who had the humor that played well with Layne's. He is so serious when playing but is a humorous guy . He fought addiction as well. But he was able with Jerry's help recovered. That God for that. Sean is great!!

The way they explained Alice is the way I've always seen it to be. I like that they're grounded enough to share the same feeling about it with fans.

I absolutely love these guys. They are so influential and great people. They have so many positive messages that can really help anyone. They have been through so much, and have lived to tell the tale. I love Sean. What a good guy, he has such a good family too. Would love to be with him. I remember talking with his sister Denise several years ago. Very nice lady.

I don't think Jerry is depressed, it was over ten years ago when Layne passed. I'm not saying he's not down about it a little bit of every day, but he has to move on, and he has, I think so anyway. I believe this song/album was a big release for Sean, Mike, and Jerry. Layne will never be forgotten and will always be missed, but if anything, things are looking up now like he said, "Black Gives Way to Blue"

How can I possibly love two guys that I've never even met--and probably never will meet--so much? You can tell they are now older, wiser, and more mature (as this was still 10+ years ago). It blows my mind that it was 14 years since the Tripod album. And now since then, they've put out 3 albums, and Jerry's put out another another solo album ("Brighten" which, like "BGW2B" shows that things are definitely looking up for him and the boys). 🙏👍❤

Layne's first concert was Elton John... It's interesting, especially because he was friends with another late-great, Andrew Wood who idolized Elton John. Hehe.. my first concert was Shanana because the were at the Allentown Fair in PA.. I tried to go to others by 41. Somehow never got there.

You're entitled to your opinion...but have always been "a true AIC" fan. It was Layne and Jerry together on vocals that made their songs filled with raw emotion that touched so many. Sadly, it's not anything like now.

@@dk96810 A true AIC fan? Righto. What, are you 12?! hahaha

DL Kristine...I can understand your feelings...but they (band members) decided to keep the name, it's their band afterall, I see no problems (even without Layne who is my favorite singer but Jerry has always been the main songwriter, co-vocalist). Many say AIC died with Layne...but Jerry & Co. have the rights to continue as AIC...you have to respect it. AIC is basically their life. If you don't like the band (post Layne) it's ok... just don't listen to them. Be well.
